Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

By booking services with Simply Sorted by RH, you agree to the following terms. All services are provided by Rachel, a professional home organizer, in the Sioux Falls, SD area.

Payment

Rates are billed at $45/hour, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Estimates for projects are provided before work begins. Final costs may vary based on project scope, time, disposal costs, and any additional materials (e.g., bins, containers, or storage solutions).

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.
 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

​

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee at the organizer’s discretion.

Scope of Services

Simply Sorted by RH provides professional organization services, not cleaning services. Light tidying (such as wiping a shelf before placing items back) may be performed, but deep cleaning (scrubbing, vacuuming, etc.) is not included.

Services are tailored to each client and may include product recommendations, sourcing, or working with existing storage solutions.

Confidentiality 

All client information, including photos, project details, and household information, is treated with strict confidentiality. Photos will only be shared publicly with your explicit permission.

Privacy Policy

Information Collected

  • When you contact Simply Sorted by RH, book services, or subscribe to updates, the following information may be collected:

  • Name, email, phone number, and address

  • Project-related details (room size, type of service, etc.)

How Information is Used

Your information is used solely to:

  • Communicate about your project

  • Provide services and scheduling

  • Send invoices or receipts

  • Share updates or resources you’ve opted into

Data Protection

Personal information is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

 

Third-party services (such as Google Workspace, website hosting, or payment processors) are used only to deliver services and are subject to their own privacy policies.
 

Cookies & Website Use

The Simply Sorted by RH website may collect anonymous data (such as page visits) through cookies or analytics tools. This information is used to improve the site and user experience.
